Betting site behind Jarysh odds page blocked

Attelkom has blocked bet.jarysh.com at the Directorate's request. Jarysh says its odds are "for information and entertainment only".

TALAS — Attelkom has blocked access to bet.jarysh.com, a betting site run for the Curaçao-registered company Steppe Gaming N.V., after the National Equestrian Sports Directorate asked for it to be added to the list of restricted resources under the Gaming and Lotteries Act of 2011.

The address had been linked from the "Jarysh Odds" page of jarysh.com, which publishes odds on ulak league matches. Under the act, wagers may be placed only at the Directorate's licensed tote windows.

Jarysh Entertainment Group said it did not take bets and that Steppe Gaming was "only an advertiser". Its odds page remains open. Bookmakers told the Herald that bets were now being taken through channels on the Tulpar messaging app.
